MOBSA PHILOSOPHY

We believe to get to the highest achievement that an athlete can obtain for themselves they must follow these 5 steps to their goal.

Idea:
Have an idea of what you are trying to achieve.
(Ex. I want to become more explosive in my first step!)
 

Plan:
Create a plan or schedule that will be a part of your daily routine.
 
Believe:
Gain the confidence and understanding of your plan to see results. NO one can and should not believe more than you in your Goal!

 
Persistent:
The best achievers are the ones who stay on course even when there are road blocks. Come up with a good system and manage your time well throughout each week.  

Consistent:
This may be the most important one of the 5 elements. NO one can be good at their craft without putting in the time and work, consistently! High results are only achieved when an athlete consistently stays on a schedule for a period of time.
